These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Jede service and the contractual relationship between the operator and the user.

2. What Jede Provides

Jede is an online service for automatically monitoring websites.

Depending on the current features and the user's settings, it can check in particular:

page availability and loading;
images and other loaded resources;
failed network requests;
JavaScript and browser console errors;
other technical issues described in the service description.

Check results are available in the user account, and selected alerts may be sent by email.

Jede helps uncover problems, but it cannot guarantee that every error will be found or that the monitored website will be continuously error-free. It does not replace a complete security, legal, or professional technical audit.

The service is currently in closed beta testing. The user acknowledges that during this period, errors, temporary outages, or inaccurate check results are more likely to occur, and that the scope and behavior of features may change during testing. We will inform you of any known significant error affecting the accuracy of checks.

3. User Account and Conclusion of the Contract

To use the paid service, you must create a user account and choose a monthly check capacity.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for protecting access to their account. Any suspected misuse of the account must be reported without undue delay.

The contract is concluded upon completion of the order and confirmation of payment. Before completing it, the user will see the price, monthly capacity, payment frequency, and information about automatic subscription renewal.

The contract is concluded in the Czech language. The user will receive confirmation and the current Terms and Conditions electronically, or may download them from the website.

4. Checks and Monthly Capacity

One check means one load of one monitored page.

Both automatic and manually triggered checks count toward the monthly capacity. A single check can reveal multiple issues at once; the number of errors found does not change its price.

Capacity can be divided among any number of your own or client websites. The user can change the monitored pages and check frequency according to the currently available service options.

Unused capacity does not carry over to the next billing period. At the start of a new period, the full agreed number of checks is renewed.

5. Prices and Payments

Current prices are listed on the Pricingpage. The operator is not a VAT payer.

Payment is processed through an external payment service provider. Jede does not store complete payment card details.

The subscription is paid in advance and automatically renews for the next monthly period until the user cancels it.

If a recurring payment fails, we may ask the user to update their payment details and temporarily suspend the paid checks.

We will inform the user in advance of any change to the price of an existing subscription. The new price will apply at the earliest from the following billing period. If the user does not agree with it, they may cancel the subscription before it renews.

6. User Obligations

Through Jede, the user may only monitor websites that they own, manage, or are authorized to check.

The service must not be used:

for attacks, circumventing security, or excessively burdening others' websites;
for processing unlawful content;
to obtain non-public data without authorization;
in a manner that violates the rights of third parties or applicable law.

In the event of a serious or repeated breach of these rules, we may restrict or cancel the account. Where circumstances allow, we will first warn the user and give them an opportunity to remedy the situation.

7. Manual Human Review

Manual human review of a website is a separate service and is not part of the automatic subscription.

Its scope, price, and timing are determined individually based on the customer's order. The review is based on the agreed scope and does not represent an unconditional guarantee that all existing problems will be found.

8. Availability and Changes to the Service

We strive for reliable operation of Jede, but we cannot guarantee continuous availability without outages. Short-term limitations may occur, in particular during maintenance, updates, technical malfunctions, or an outage of an external provider.

We may continuously fix and develop features. A change must not, without reasonable cause, substantially reduce a service that has already been paid for. We will inform the user in advance of any significant change affecting use or price.

9. Defects and Complaints

In your complaint, please provide the account email, a description of the problem, the date it occurred, and, if possible, a screenshot or other details that will help us verify the problem.

We will acknowledge and handle the complaint without undue delay. We will resolve a consumer's complaint no later than within the statutory deadline, unless we agree otherwise with the consumer.

The consumer's statutory rights arising from defective performance are not limited by these terms.

10. Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refunds

The subscription can be canceled at any time. Automatic renewal will stop, and the paid capacity can be used until the end of the current billing period.

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days, unless the law provides otherwise.

11. Privacy Policy

Information about the processing of personal data, the providers used, and user rights is provided on the Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

The user decides which websites and pages to monitor and how to respond to check results.

Jede is not responsible for the actual content, operation, or business results of the monitored websites, nor for problems that could not be detected due to the service's settings or technical circumstances.

This does not affect consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may change these Terms and Conditions to a reasonable extent, in particular due to changes in the service, legal regulations, or the technologies used.

We will inform users of any material change in advance. If a user does not agree with the change, they may cancel their subscription before it takes effect.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory legal provisions of the country of their habitual residence.

We will first attempt to resolve any dispute through mutual agreement.

15. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of August 27, 2026.

The current version is always available on the Jede website. For contracts, the version of the terms that the user agreed to when concluding the contract shall apply, unless a valid change has since occurred.
