2. What Data We Process

Depending on how you use Jede, we may process:

  • name and email address;
  • data needed for account login and security;
  • addresses of added websites and monitored pages;
  • check settings and their technical results;
  • service usage history and monthly capacity consumption;
  • billing details and information about payments made;
  • the content of messages sent via contact forms or email;
  • technical data, such as IP address, browser type, access time, and security logs.

If you sign in via Google, we receive basic data from Google needed to create or find your account, in particular your Google account identifier, email, and, where applicable, your name and profile picture. Jede does not get access to your Gmail, Google Drive, or other Google services.

We do not process payment card details directly. You enter them securely with the payment provider.

3. Why We Process the Data

We use personal data only for the following purposes:

  • creating and managing the user account;
  • providing website checks and storing their results;
  • login, account security, and misuse prevention;
  • recording payments, invoicing, and fulfilling legal obligations;
  • sending operational messages, such as check results, security notifications, and account information;
  • handling inquiries, complaints, and requests;
  • protecting our rights and resolving technical or security incidents;
  • sending commercial communications, only if we have your consent or another legal basis for doing so.

The legal basis is primarily the performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interest in the safe and reliable operation of the service, and, where applicable, your consent.

4. Monitored Websites

Jede loads the specified publicly accessible pages similarly to a regular web browser and stores the technical results of the checks.

The goal is not to collect personal data of visitors to the monitored websites. However, some public pages, screenshots, or technical logs may contain personal data. We process such data only to the extent necessary to perform the check and provide its results to the user.

The user is responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to check the specified website and that they do not process data through the service in violation of applicable law.

5. Who May Receive the Data

To operate the service, we use trusted technical service providers, in particular:

  • Supabase – database and authentication;
  • Vercel – web application hosting;
  • Stripe – payment processing and subscription management;
  • Resend – delivery of transactional emails;
  • Google – sign-in via Google account;
  • GitHub – operation of automated technical processes;
  • Cloudflare – security, DNS, and web content delivery.

These providers process data only to the extent necessary to provide their services.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer is based on appropriate legal safeguards, such as an adequacy decision by the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell personal data.

6. How Long We Retain Data

We retain data associated with the account and check results for as long as the service is used. After the account is cancelled, we generally delete or anonymize it within 90 days, unless we need to retain it longer due to a legal obligation or to protect legal claims.

We retain invoices and accounting documents for the period required by law, typically up to 10 years.

We may retain messages relating to orders, support, complaints, and the contractual relationship for as long as necessary to resolve them, and subsequently for the duration of any potential legal claims.

You may withdraw your consent to commercial communications at any time.

7. Cookies

The website and application use essential cookies necessary for login, security, and the proper functioning of the service. These cookies cannot be disabled without limiting the application's functionality.

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.

8. Your Rights

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right, depending on the circumstances, to:
