Subscription Cancellation

Předplatné Jede můžete kdykoli zrušit zasláním požadavku na [email protected]. Jakmile bude správa plateb dostupná přímo v aplikaci, bude možné předplatné zrušit také v sekci Capacity and Payments.

We do not charge any fee for cancellation. Automatic renewal of the subscription will stop, and you can use the already paid capacity until the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling the subscription does not, by itself, mean a refund for a billing period that has already begun.

Refunds

You may request a refund in particular if:

• you were charged twice or the wrong amount;
• the paid service was not made available;
• a serious technical error occurred that made it impossible to use the service;
• you are entitled to a refund under applicable law.

Požadavek pošlete na [email protected] a uveďte příhlašovácí e-mail, datum a výši platby a stručný důvod žádosti.

We will inform you of the outcome without undue delay. We will generally refund the approved amount using the same method by which it was paid.

Consumer Withdrawal Within 14 Days

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a contract concluded online without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion.

Odstoupení stačí odeslat na email [email protected]. Uveďte své jméno, e-mail účtu a datum uzavření smlouvy.

If you expressly requested that the service begin before this period expired, a proportionate price for the service provided up to the moment of withdrawal may be deducted from the refunded amount.

We will refund the payment, or its corresponding part, no later than 14 days after receiving a valid withdrawal, generally using the same payment method.

The consumer's right of withdrawal does not apply to a customer who enters into the contract in connection with their business activity.
